Step 3: Email to Us Your Completed Form

Take a clear photo or scan of the completed form and email it to support@autotick.com

Important: When taking a photo of the completed form, please ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and fully visible. This helps us prepare your customized file accurately and without delay.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your completed form, we will create your customized AutoTick files and email them to you within 24 hours.
