1.) The Autotick files forward to you are "AS
IS" basis with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. There
is no warranty for the virus scanning feature. Autotick file does not scan
for viruses, it simply runs on an excel file program that claim to perform
the Autotick function. The user must assume the entire risk of using the
Autotick files. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of
the agreement.2) Any liability of Autotick will be limited exclusively to
refund of purchase price. In no event shall Autotick, or its principals,
shareholders, employees, affiliates, associates, be liable for any
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the
use of Autotick file, or your relationship with Autotick. The use of
Autotick file is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to holdAutotick
harmless from any claims or losses relating to the usage.
3) You should be aware that everything you see or read on Autotick.com,
i.e text, logo, graphics, images, etc is copyrighted and therefore protected
by International copyright law.
4)Each Autotick file purchased shall not be reproduced or
distributed for resale purposes.
